You’ve all probably heard of the online game America’s Army. Personally I haven’t got to trying the online version but I got a copy of the java mobile game version of the America’s Army from Gameloft. I’d alternately play this game when not playing my current racing stint with Asphalt 3.

America’s Army is a great way to spend playing action mobile games if you’re into it. This game has several scenarios. So far I’ve played it as a helicopter pilot shooting all those enemy copters, planes and land units.

I’ve also played it as an infantry roaming around the war fields and shooting all those enemies. I’ve also played it as an armor personnel, driving my half-truck and machine gunning everything that gets in my way.

Along the way, you can get firepower upgrades and repair/medic bonuses that helps you accomplish the missions.

Here are some scenes that I have taken:

America’s Army - 1 America’s Army - 2 America’s Army - 3 America’s Army - 4 America’s Army - 5 America’s Army - 6 America’s Army - 7 America’s Army - 8

For a mobile game, America’s Army can get you excited not to compare to it’s online version I’m sure. I put a thumbs up so far for game play.

On the graphics side, it’s okay but I’m sure it could have been better on my higher resolution Nokia N80. This game reminds me of the games on older PC’s back in the “good” old days of Windows 95. Even though I haven’t finished the whole game, I’d rate it a 5/5 and recommend that you get a copy.
