Sony Ericsson P5iI’ve read about the rumored Sony Ericsson before but this is the first time I have seen photos of the mobile phone. Knowing Sony Ericsson’s impeccable engineering skills, it’s not a far fetched reality.

If ever the Sony Ericsson P5i mobile phone is more than just a pigment of imagination I’m sure it will have mobile Java to be able to run all those great 3D Java mobile games that have been coming out lately. And with the rumored 2.8 VGA screen and 300Mhz processor, the 3D games will surely rock! Whether or not it is true, it’s a good read.

Symbian Freak writes:

… SE product is very similar to the Nokia conceptual touch devices and it looks like it runs the fancy iPhone like interface.

… features a slider form factor, run Symbian 9.1 system under the UIQ 3.2 or even UIQ4 platform.

… large 2.8-inch high resolution display with with VGA resolution (640 x 480). The phone even features a GPS receiver and of course has a WiFi b/g support. … 5-megapixel camera

… a 360 Mhz processor and offer a 160 MB internal memory that can be expanded with Memory Stick Micro (M2) and MicroSD memory cards.

A photo from Esato’s forum is quite gorgeous (Sample below. To see more, you have to register at the Esato forum).
