I kept asking myself why Microsoft would acquire Danger Inc. The company (Danger Inc.) is a mobile device manufacturer that makes the popular HipTop / Sidekick mobile phones is a heavy Java user. Danger Inc is actually a licensee of J2ME. Why would Microsoft acquire a company that uses heavily uses Java on its mobile phones? I tried to search the Internet for answers.

Already the #1 mobile games publisher in Europe & EMEA, Gameloft today announced that it has risen to the top spot in the international market for the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2007. The company posted Q4 sales of 25.8m€ ($38.5 million) with an annual growth of 40%, thus surpassing the announced results of its competitors.
