The Brain Challenge 2: Stress Management Java mobile game from Gameloft lets you have fun and at the same time improve your brain skills. It also allows you to track your progress in different areas.
One thing I like about mobile games is that even when you’re on vacation you can play the games loaded on your mobile phone at the touch of a button. Brain Challenge 2 is one of those games I got to play. Did you know that humans, not aliens
, only use less than 10 percent of their brain? And that during early Egypt, the brain is considered as just “stuff” while the heart is regarded as the source of all intelligence. Well we all know better.
Brain Challenge 2 offers two modes of game play. In the Daily Test mode, you a random exercise from a category is given to you to allow measurement of several categories. The other mode which is Training allows you to take exercises in a given category to improve your skill. The five categories of the mobile game are Memory, Visual, Logic, Math and Focus. The categories can be taken under two different conditions namely normal and stress conditions.Game play provides you with several exercises like memorization, math problems, visual observation and logic puzzles.
The game interface is easy to use although some of the game instructions are not quite clear but don’t worry ‘coz you’ll get the hang of it once you start playing the game. The exercises are great and fun. I particularly like the “Take the ball to the hole” exercise while find it a bit challenging playing the “Bouncing ball” exercise.
In the Brain Challenge 2 mobile game, you can track your personal performance over time been done over the course of playing. Your performance on logic, math, memory, visual, focus and averages are measured in terms of your accuracy in answering the exercises and your speed. They presented in time-based graphs for easy interpretation. You are also given a rank based on your overall performance in the mobile game.
It may not help me in being able to use 100% of my brain
but I like mind games and still play Brain Challenge 2 every now and then to improve my brain skills not to mention it’s also fun.
