PulsarBox, latest entrant to mobile social networking, enters beta

PulsarBox™ a service that caters to the growing mobile social networking market has entered into beta stage. The mobile application is available as a J2ME / mobile Java application that you can download from their web site.

With the PulsarBox mobile Java application, you can view mobile content even when you are offline. The J2ME application will download the content into your mobile phone for viewing. Content are available from different channels which users can create. The service allows you to download shared content from different channels.

Private and pay-per-view channels can also be created by users and charge for the content via SMS micro-payments. You can use the service to share content with your friends and family.

To use PulsarBox service, you need to register and download the PulsarBox Mobile (at m.pulsarbox.com) J2ME application into your mobile phone. You will also need to download the PulsarBox Editor if you want to create channels and publish content.
