Surprises sure is non-stop this year. Even with talks about a US recession, Microsoft has offered to buy Yahoo! for the price of 44.6 billion dollars. This will really be a pretty exciting year.
It looks like the NetBeans User Group in Munich was a great success as in SRO (Standing Room Only) success! Didn’t read anything about mobile Java but it’s always great to hear about successful user group meetings (especially if it involves some merrying and partying after the meeting
).

I guess it’s the time of the year that most (mobile) game publishers are quite busy. I’ve been quite busy too trying out some of the new Java mobile games available in time for Christmas. I have observed that the recently released games have really been different from those a year ago.
