Opera has made available Beta 3 of its Opera Mini browser for mobile phones. Opera Mini is a java-based web browser and requires the Java MIDP v2.0. The new Opera Mini 4 java-based web browser is equipped with Opera Link. Opera Link allows the user to synchronize their bookmarks with those of other mobile phones or computers.
